Service Description
Services Included: Pre-Travel (Up to 7 days before departure): - Flight booking assistance and confirmation - Seat selection recommendations - Check-in reminders 24 hours prior - Initial weather assessment for departure/arrival cities Active Monitoring (24 hours before departure through arrival): - Real-time flight status monitoring - Immediate alerts for delays, cancellations, or gate changes - Basic rebooking assistance for cancelled flights - Alternative flight research (up to 3 options provided) Communication: - Email and SMS alerts for all flight changes - Business hours support (8 AM - 8 PM EST) - Response time: Within 2 hours during business hours Client Responsibilities: - Provide complete flight details and contact information - Respond to rebooking options within 4 hours - Have backup payment method available for rebooking fees - Maintain updated contact information Service Limitations: - No after-hours emergency support - Rebooking fees paid directly by client - Limited to domestic flights and major international carriers - Maximum 2 flight segments per booking
Cancellation Policy
● Cancellation by Client must be made in writing. ● If the Client cancels the contract 3 months before the event, the Coordinator will retain 50% of the service fee as a cancellation fee. ● If the Client cancels the contract within one month of the event, the Coordinator will retain 80% of the service fee as a cancellation fee.
